#The software

LAYR is free software under the MIT licence. That licence, not this page, governs what you may do with the code. Addons in the Library are published by their own authors under their own licences; listing one is not an endorsement.

#This website

The documentation is provided for information. It is kept accurate and every snippet is compiled in CI, but it may still be wrong or out of date, and nothing on it is a guarantee. The site's design, logo and brand are not covered by the MIT licence. "LAYR" and "DynShift" are unregistered trademarks of DynShift; the trademark policy says what is fine without asking.

#Advertising and links

Some pages carry advertising supplied by Google, labelled Advertisement. DynShift does not choose individual ads or endorse what they offer. Links to other sites are provided for convenience.

#No warranty

The site and the software are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, DynShift is not liable for any loss arising from using them. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

#Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
